Recruitment screening
If we think your profile is a good match for the position, you will have an introductory call with a member of our recruitment team. This call will be to assess your fit for the position, and also a run through of some practicalities relating to the recruitment process.
Business interview
You will meet with the hiring manager and/or a technical expert from the team to assess key skills that you need for the role. Please take the opportunity to ask as many questions that you possible like about the role, the team, challenges etc. It takes two to tango!
Job offer
Once we have made the final decision, your recruiter at Zeekr will reach out to you with an offer. Once you've accepted the offer you will receive your contract of employment, and can then resign from your current employer.
The pace at Zeekr EU is high and we try to speed up our processes, but as you know, things can happen along the way, so we hope that you can have a little patience while we are making our decisions and finalizing paperwork.
Onboarding
When you join Zeekr EU, you will be invited to our central onboarding session which takes place both in-person and virtually. In this onboarding you will get to learn more about the history of Zeekr and our products, as well as meet teammates that are onboarding across our EU teams.
