If we think you may be a fit for the role, we like to get to know you better and see if we as a company are a good match for you. Our recruiters will dive deeper into your experience to understand how you may be a fit for the position.

You will meet with the hiring manager and/or a technical expert from the team to assess key skills that you need for the role. Please take the opportunity to ask as many questions that you possible like about the role, the team, challenges etc. It takes two to tango! Please keep in mind, you may meet 2-3 people from the business across different interviews.

Once we have made the final decision, you will receive an offer. Once you´ve accepted the offer the recruiter will send you a written job offer and you can resign from your current employer.
The pace at Zeekr is high and we try to speed up our processes, but as you know, things can happen along the way, so we hope that you can have a little patience while we are making our decisions and finalizing paperwork.

You will be onboarded alongside your peers from across the Zeekr teams. We try to standardize our onboarding for the 1st of the month so that new joiners have the chance to meet and start their Zeekr journey together.
