The role
We are seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join our IT team. This role involves supporting the optimization, governance, and enhancement of system processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in system implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is what you will do:

• System Administration and Support:

- Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise systems to ensure operational efficiency.

- Provide first-level & Second Level support for system-related issues and escalate complex issues as needed.

- Document and maintain system configurations, updates, and changes.

• Process Standardization and Governance:

- Support the development and enforcement of system usage guidelines, best practices, and policies.

- Assist in monitoring compliance with established governance frameworks.

- Coordinate with DDC for the progress of CR or Incident.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, or system performance issues. 

- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.

• Training and Knowledge Sharing: 

- Participate in creating user guides, training materials, and FAQs for system users.

- Assist in delivering training sessions to employees on system usage and best practices. 

• Project Support: 

- Collaborate with project teams on system implementations, upgrades, or migrations. 

- Conduct testing, collect feedback, and assist in system deployment activities. 

• Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify opportunities for improving system processes and workflows.

- Research emerging tools and technologies to recommend enhancements.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
  field.
• 0-2 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or a related role.
• Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other specialized
  platforms) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Familiarity with database management, data analysis tools, or scripting is a
  bonus.
• Strong skills in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas,
  NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
