Your Internship Mission:

Dive into the world of HR analytics and operations, contributing to process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and strategic initiatives. You’ll work on a variety of projects based on your experience, education, and interests, all while gaining hands-on exposure to international HR practices.

What you'll do: 

• Support HR Operations: Manage employee updates in our HR system, respond to inquiries, and support seamless day-to-day HR activities.
• Recruitment Analytics: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate recruitment data, track KPIs, and optimize processes to attract top talent.
• HR Data Insights: Analyze and visualize HR data to support data-driven decisions across areas like workforce planning, salary reviews, and employee development programs.
• Process Automation: Help streamline and automate HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to Key HR Projects: Take part in strategic initiatives, including succession planning, employee development programs, and global HR practices.
