Your Internship Mission:
Join us as an intern and play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and training excellence of our service and workshop teams. You'll dive into the heart of our processes, bringing clarity, structure, and innovation to customer interactions and workshop management.
What you'll do:
- Revolutionize Processes: Help expand, refine, and create detailed process maps for service/reception and workshop operations. Make them crystal-clear, user-friendly, and impactful.
- Build Practical Guidelines: Craft actionable guidelines that empower our teams to deliver consistent and excellent service.
- Shape the After-Sales Curriculum: Define competence levels for technicians and service advisors, ensuring they have clear growth pathways.
- Design Interactive Training Tools: Create hands-on exercises and engaging training materials for technical product education. Utilize classroom, e-learning, and virtual platforms to create versatile training experiences.
- Develop a Test Environment: Design effective testing tools and environments for both in-person and online learning, ensuring knowledge is retained and applied.
What You’ll Learn:
This internship is a gateway to understanding the dynamics of a global OEM setting, offering hands-on experience in:
- Developing a comprehensive, competence-driven EU Training Curriculum for Service/After-Sales.
- Gaining deep insights into technical product training and creating tailored learning experiences for workshops and service desks.
- Contributing to the growth of a robust Service network that blends technical excellence with exceptional customer care.
