The role

As a key player in our dynamic team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our models from concept to market! From contributing fresh ideas to new model concepts to fine-tuning product definitions and guiding go-to-market strategies, your expertise will drive every stage of the car line lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence both long-term visions and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that each model makes a powerful impact in the market.

This is what you will do:

• Lead continuous customers, competition and industry trends analysis, including clinics and research representing the voice of the market and voice of customers within Zeekr organization.

• Lead the key milestones content from product planning side during the development phases, leading the product launch phases in coordination with the European engineering team.
• Develop and refine business case assessments with relevant teams (Engineering, User Experience, Design, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to support product feature decisions • Lead the pricing analysis including product positioning based on specifications, grades and equipment up to the list price release in the sales countries.
• Drive the preparation of market and regulatory evolutions analysis in coordination with the launch team.
• Work closely with Zeekr Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the implementation of the launch management activities throughout vehicle lifecycle.

To be successful in the role we believe that you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in various positions in planning, strategy and pricing both at Headquarter and at the distributor level.
• Understanding of the planning process with R&D, Engineering and other development functions within the automotive industry.
• Logical and mathematical mindset, excellent mastering of business cases, strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong communication skills.
• Highly collaborative skills, being an integrator among several divisions: engineering, design, marketing, homologation, and other cross functional teams in our Amsterdam office as well as our European Design and R&D center in Goteborg and our Global HQ in China.
• Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills with cross functional understanding.
• Experience managing complex projects with clear communication to senior management.
