The role

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our advertising and content strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. We are looking for a creative thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Please note, internally only this role will be titled Content Lead. 

This is what you will do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and content strategies aligned with business goals Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape. 
• Partner with our Head of Brand & Communications and CRM lead in developing creative and content briefings for creative agencies and production suppliers. 
• Manage a team of external content creators, copywriters, and designers. Plan, develop, execute, and optimize content & campaigns across various channels (digital, OOH, print, social media, broadcast, etc.). 
• Manage content production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI tracking. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality content and campaigns including onsite supervision. 
• Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging. 
• Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content for owned, earned and paid channels (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) 
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams (HQ and markets) to meet deadlines. 
• Partner with influencers, KOLs and content creators to develop content and amplify reach and credibility. 
• Analyze content performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, digital media, and storytelling. 
• Coordinate Content synergies and adaptations with global HQ.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, content creation, or a related role. 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content & campaigns Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. 
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.). Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
