The role
As a Service Network expert, you will contribute to performance in the EU Aftersales team, monitor ongoing business and support our retail network to ensure that the business develops with competent and motivated staff, satisfied customers and profitability. Together with the Service Network team, you set goals, develop strategies and action plans. You support the organization operationally in various activities.
This is what you will do:
- Support the rollout for the authorized body repair and service workshops in all its facets.
- Composing, developing and implementing service processes, from customer booking to car issue and follow-up.
- Cooperate and work closely with our workshop partners on Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty to create the most favorable Service Centers.
- Follow up commercial workshop performance and customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions.
- Compiling and supporting after-sales marketing campaigns.
- Support in defining training needs for Authorized Service workshops and Authorized Body and Repair workshops.
- Create individual action plans for workshop partners
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- You will have a broad experience in automotive service, either in an aftersales development or aftersales leadership role. Your background could include time spent with an OEM or dealer group.
- Experience in market analysis with a specific focus on aftersales.
- Able to develop, implement and follow up a successful business plan across different stakeholders (internal + external).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
- Willing to travel through Europe.
