Customer Advisor (Sales)

The role
We are hiring a Customer Advisor to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of Zeekr EVs. This position will see you work between our Flagship Store in Amsterdam, and our High Tech Service and Delivery Center in Zeist.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Be the expert on Zeekr products and services and provide a great customer experience.
- Engagement of the customer from initial lead through to completing the purchase of a new Zeekr EV.
- Achieve your weekly and monthly commercial objectives, primarily focused on the number of test drives and vehicle sales.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular and proactive contact.
- Participate in events at an external location, to meet new customers and present our products and brand.
To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following:
- A background in customer facing sales in a target-based retail environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- A valid B driving license.
- The willingness to work weekends, and work between our 2 locations.
