Internal Assignment Process
Step 1
Set up your internal Teamtailor profile!
If you haven't got one already, set up a Teamtailor profile as a Zeekr EU employee with your @zeekr.eu email address. You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of this page and finding the ''already working at Zeekr EU?'' bar.
Step 2
Visit your Employee Dashboard
Once you've created your internal profile, visit your Employee Dashboard to gain access to our internal job postings Employee Dashboard. You can then filter by ''Temporary Assignment'' in the Department filter.
Step 3
Apply for the career assignment
If you see an assignment in line with your growth aspirations, get your application in! Please ensure that you align with your current manager that you have the work capacity to take on the assignment at the moment you apply.
Step 4
CV and experience evaluation
Your CV and experience will be evaluated by the hiring team against the requirements of the career assignment.
Step 5
Interview with the hiring manager
If your CV and experience meet the basic requirements, you will have an interview with the hiring manager of the assignment.
Step 6
Start the assignment!
Agree the details in writing with your assignment manager and your current manager (length of assignment, number of hours per week etc.). Once everything is agreed, begin your assignment and continue your learning journey!
