The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Launch professional to drive the introduction of our new Vehicle (BEV-PHEV/Super Hybrid) models. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the launch process, including coordination with sales, after-sales, logistics, marketing and engineering teams to ensure a seamless and successful market introduction. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is what you will do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan for new Zeekr models, including timelines, milestones, and KPIs to ensure successful market introduction.

• Lead the launch of a specific model of Zeekr line up, coordinating activities with all relevant department in S&M teams (sales, after-sales, marketing and logistics) aligning with R&D organization both in China and Sweden.

• Lead the presentation of the model to internal stakeholders (by leveraging a dedicated Product Bulleting) and external stakeholders, including journalists

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and adjust the launch strategy accordingly.

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including launch schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication among stakeholders.

• Coordinate the overall launch activities with internal stakeholders both at headquarter and local markets.

• Continuously evaluate the success of launch activities and provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Lead model performance management, assessing launch activities and sales funnel results by country, implementing the necessary actions to secure the EU sales target by model, in coordination with HQ and Market teams.

Collaboration:

• Work with product development and engineering teams to address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the launch process.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools to facilitate the successful introduction of new Zeekr models.

• Coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure the availability of spare parts, service centers, and customer support resources for new EV models.

• Work closely with logistics teams to optimize inventory management, transportation, and distribution strategies to support the launch and ongoing sales of new EV models.

• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to develop and execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and events to drive awareness and demand for new Zeekr models. The activity includes the preparation of the press kit from product side.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product launch management, preferably in European (luxury) OEMs.

• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. simultaneously, with focus on meeting deadlines and sales results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, up to external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Knowledge of EV and PHEV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in sales, marketing, after-sales, and logistics is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
