The role

The Managing Director, Zeekr Nordics & Country Manager, Sweden is responsible for the overall commercial success, operational excellence and sustainable growth of Zeekr across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, while directly leading the Swedish business as the largest and most strategic market in the region.

The role carries full accountability for the Nordic business strategy, commercial performance, customer experience, retail network development and financial results. As Country Manager for Sweden, the incumbent also assumes direct operational leadership of the Swedish organization, ensuring execution of local business priorities and acting as the legal and executive representative of Zeekr Sweden.

As the senior executive for the Nordics, the Managing Director partners closely with the functional leadership teams at Zeekr Europe to accelerate growth, strengthen the premium brand positioning and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the region.

This is what you will do:

1. Regional Business Leadership

• Lead the overall Nordic business across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

• Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with Zeekr Europe's commercial objectives.

• Deliver sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability.

• Own the regional business plan, budget and performance reviews.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives across the region.

2. Country Management – Sweden

• Serve as Country Manager and executive business leader at Zeekr Sweden

• Hold full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of Zeekr Sweden.

• Ensure delivery of Swedish sales, aftersales, customer satisfaction and financial targets.

• Lead the Swedish management team and coordinate local cross-functional operations.

• Represent Zeekr with Swedish authorities, dealer partners, media and key stakeholders.

3. Commercial Performance & P&L

• Own the Nordic P&L and business performance.

• Deliver annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.

• Optimize pricing, sales campaigns and commercial programs.

• Monitor business performance through KPI governance and corrective actions.

• Drive fleet, corporate and retail business growth.

4. Retail Network Development

• Develop and optimize the dealer and service network across the Nordic region.

• Ensure strong retailer profitability and operational excellence.

• Support dealer capability development and performance management.

• Lead network expansion opportunities where appropriate.

• Ensure consistent execution of Zeekr retail standards.

5. Customer Experience

• Champion a premium end-to-end customer journey.

• Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, loyalty and Net Promoter Score.

• Ensure outstanding retail, digital and aftersales customer experiences.

• Personally oversee resolution of critical customer escalations.

6. Brand & Marketing

• Strengthen Zeekr's premium brand positioning throughout the Nordic region.

• Collaborate with European Marketing on regional campaigns and launches.

• Act as Zeekr's senior spokesperson within the Nordic markets.

• Represent the company at industry events, media engagements and strategic partnerships.

7. Cross-functional Leadership

• Ensure effective collaboration across Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Network Development, Customer Experience, Finance, HR and Operations.

• Drive alignment between Nordic priorities and European functional strategies.

• Build an agile, high-performing regional organization capable of delivering ambitious growth targets.

8. People Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the Nordic leadership team.

• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and customer focus.

• Develop succession plans and strengthen organizational capability.

• Promote employee engagement and leadership development.

9. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, corporate governance requirements and company policies.

• Manage operational and financial risks across the Nordic markets.

• Ensure effective financial controls and corporate governance for Zeekr Sweden and the wider Nordic region.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive industry.

• Proven General Manager, Country Manager or Managing Director experience with full P&L accountability.

• Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving commercial results in highly competitive environments.

• Strong experience with premium automotive brands and dealer network management.

• Deep understanding of the Nordic automotive market and EV ecosystem.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high performance across cross‑functional teams.

• Pragmatic and hands‑on mindset; able to switch seamlessly between strategic direction and operational execution.

• Fluent in Swedish and English languages.
