The role
As a Service Performance & Pricing Specialist, you will support European National Sales Companies (NSCs) in improving aftersales performance, profitability, and service operations across the dealer network. Working closely with regional teams, engineering, quality, warranty, and accessories stakeholders, you will drive pricing initiatives, service package development, process standardization, and performance improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

This is what you will do:

• Support the development and rollout of service and maintenance packages, prepaid service plans, seasonal campaigns, and value-added service offerings.

• Identify opportunities to improve aftersales profitability together with warranty, accessories, and market teams.

• Support the pricing and positioning of spare parts, accessories, merchandise, and extended roadside assistance products across European markets.

• Monitor pricing accuracy, profitability, logistics costs, and competitive benchmarks, providing recommendations and analysis through Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Assist in creating and analyzing aftersales performance reports, identifying best practices, market variances, and areas for improvement.

• Support National Sales Companies with the implementation of improvement plans and standardized service processes.

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service-related digital platforms and operational tools.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and IT system development.

• Support translation, localization, printing, and distribution processes for user manuals and in-vehicle information.

• Maintain accurate customs classifications (HS codes) for parts and support invoicing-related activities when required.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• 2+ years of experience within the automotive industry, preferably in OEM aftersales, EV operations, pricing, or strategic aftersales functions.

• Good understanding of dealership operations, aftersales processes, and electric vehicle service environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Experience with reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in an international, matrix organization.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.

• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Experience with Zeekr systems (Zeus, ZDS) is considered an advantage.
