The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive the introduction of our new models in the newly appointed markets. The successful candidate will be supporting all aspects of the launch process, performance of exiting models, life cycle activities and pricing, including coordination with other HQ functions and countries (NSC and importers). This role requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is what you will do:

• Support to develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan for new Zeekr models, including timelines, milestones, and KPIs to ensure successful market introduction.

• Support launch of a specific model of Zeekr line up, coordinating activities with all relevant department in S&M teams (sales, after-sales, marketing and logistics) aligning with R&D organization both in China and Sweden.

• Cross-carline contact point for markets, both Zeekr NSCs and Importer markets, with a direct and timely communication, from model presentations to detailed product information (via Product Bulletin).

• Support on defining and implementing life cycle activities Support Q&A from markets and other internal stakeholders, in the product and pricing area.

• Support regional product specialist in performance (country performance: segments, pricing/offer, sales funnel) monthly review meeting to identify actions to keep order plan.

• Support on market MSRP / leasing analysis and reporting from JATO VA analysis to competitor specification comparison.

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including launch schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication among stakeholders.

• Work with product development and engineering teams to address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the launch process and while the model is launched.

• Support with document and presentation preparation during market pricing discussions and negotiations Support on car configurator preparation and release.

• Assist in ensuring pricing data is consistent, reliable, and aligned with business standards.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop mid-term sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools to facilitate the successful introduction of new EV models.

• Continuously evaluate the success of launch activities and provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product launch management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.

• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in sales at a Dealer ground/Importer/NSC is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software
