The role
As the Network Development Support – Importer Markets you're responsible for ensuring that dealer network proposals submitted by importers meet Zeekr’s European standards and are fully aligned with HQ requirements. You will act as the key coordinator between importers and HQ functions, ensuring high-quality network implementation and timely execution.

This is what you will do:

• Importer Proposal Validation & Approval

• Review and validate dealer proposals submitted by importers to ensure completeness and alignment with HQ standards.

• Assess key criteria including location quality, showroom size, Visual Identity (VI) compliance, sales and aftersales standards, and overall business case.

• Consolidate required documentation and coordinate internal approval processes with HQ stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination between importers and internal functions (Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Network Development).

• Ensure all departments provide timely input and approvals for dealer projects.

• Align expectations between HQ and importer throughout the approval and implementation phases. Implementation Follow-Up

• Monitor dealer project execution against agreed timelines and milestones.

• Follow up with importers to ensure progress is on track and escalate risks when needed.

• Coordinate with suppliers (e.g., VI, showroom fit-out) to mitigate delays and ensure smooth delivery. Dealer Standards Compliance

• Conduct dealer visits prior to approval to validate proposal assumptions and location quality.

• Perform post-completion visits to ensure full compliance with Zeekr standards and readiness for operation.

• Ensure consistency in brand representation and customer experience across importer markets. Implementation process & Problem Solving

• Challenge importer proposals and implementation plans where needed to ensure optimal network quality.

• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions.

• Support importers in overcoming operational and execution challenges during rollout. Act as Importer–HQ Interface

• Serve as the main contact point between importer markets and European HQ for network development topics.

• Ensure transparency, structured communication, and alignment on priorities and decisions.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Strong experience in automotive network development, preferably across importer or distributor models.

• Solid understanding of dealer standards, retail formats, and aftersales requirements.

• Experience in project coordination across multiple stakeholders and markets.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess complex proposals and ensure completeness.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence partners.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
