The role
The Role As an Aftersales Specialist for Germany, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Aftersales operations across the dealer and workshop network by combining Technical Support, Warranty & Parts Operations, and Dealer Performance coordination. You will act as the key Aftersales interface for the German market, working closely with dealers, authorized service network, NSC teams, and European HQ to ensure high-quality technical resolution, efficient warranty and parts handling, and strong Aftersales performance.
What You Will Do :
Technical Support & Service Operations
Act as first point of contact for technical enquiries from the German dealers and service network.
Provide technical support for BEV vehicles, including HV/LV systems and connectivity.
Support diagnosis, repair guidance, and structured troubleshooting for complex vehicle issues.
Manage technical cases from intake to resolution, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Escalate complex issues to European Technical Service and Engineering with complete diagnostic data.
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety procedures, and repair guidelines.
Support field quality analysis by identifying recurring issues and providing structured feedback.
Communicate technical updates, bulletins, recalls, and product changes to dealers and service network.
Support training activities by sharing field insights and technical know-how.
Warranty & Parts Operations
Manage warranty and parts operations, ensuring efficient and compliant Aftersales execution in the German market.
Process and validate warranty claims in line with policy and approval guidelines.
Monitor warranty performance, costs, and claim quality, ensuring financial control and compliance.
Analyse warranty data to identify trends and provide feedback to Engineering and Quality teams.
Support warranty audits and ensure adherence to global and regional standards.
Coordinate parts operations, ensuring availability and smooth flow of parts to dealers.
Resolve parts issues such as shortages, backorders, and urgent workshop requirements.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain high service levels.
Monitor parts KPIs including availability, delivery performance, and dealer satisfaction.
Support parts returns and integration with warranty and campaign processes.
Support execution of recalls, service campaigns, and CCAP activities.
Ensure timely distribution of repair instructions, documentation, and required parts.
Track campaign completion rates and drive dealer follow-up actions.
Dealer Performance & Aftersales Coordination
Build strong relationships with German dealers and service partners.
Support Aftersales performance improvements through regular operational reviews and field visits.
Monitor key KPIs across service quality, warranty, and parts performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Training, Quality, and Customer Experience teams.
Act as the voice of the German market, providing structured feedback to European HQ.
Support rollout of Aftersales standards, processes, and best practices.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
5–8 years of experience in Aftersales, Technical Support, Warranty, or Parts operations within an OEM, NSC, importer, or dealer environment.
Strong technical knowledge of BEV systems; PHEV experience is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in diagnostics, workshop operations, and repair processes.
Experience in warranty processing and/or parts operations in an OEM environment.
Understanding of recalls, service campaigns, and field quality processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, customer-focused, and process-driven working style.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally within Europe.
