We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Support Intern with an interest in automotive systems, diagnostics, and data analysis to join our Technical Support team.
In this role, you will support daily operations of key technical systems (ZDS, TIS, and TS) while contributing to the continuous improvement of technical support processes. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting system issues, analyzing technical data, and supporting cross-regional collaboration.
Working closely with technical experts and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure efficient support operations and contribute to improving service quality across the network.
Mission for the internship:

You will collaborate with teams across regions, gaining practical insight into how technical support drives service performance and customer satisfaction.
What you will learn:
Supporting the operation and maintenance of ZDS, TIS, and TS systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, including user access and diagnostic challenges.
Maintaining system functionality and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing and transferring technical support tickets to the Case Library within the TS system.
Preparing weekly and monthly technical support reports and documenting meeting minutes.
Analyzing ticket data by category to identify trends and issue distribution.
Identifying and summarizing top recurring issues at NSC and Pan-European levels.
Supporting the organization of regular NSC meetings, including coordination, documentation, and action tracking.
Following up on action items to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely resolution.
Key educational requirement:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic system analysis.
Basic knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
Fundamental understanding of electric vehicle diagnostics.
Good organizational and communication skills, especially in reporting and coordination tasks.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
