Mission for the internship:
This internship will support the People & Culture team during a pivotal phase of organizational growth and brand integration. The intern will contribute to projects focused on strengthening employee experience across both Geely Auto and Zeekr, while helping shape and promote a compelling employer brand in Europe.
What you will learn:
Support the integration of candidate experience initiatives across Geely Auto and Zeekr.
Assist in mapping and analyzing talent processes across both brands, identifying opportunities for alignment and continuous improvement.
Support Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development by gathering employee insights, analyzing market practices, and helping define key messaging.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Maintain and optimize internal documentation, playbooks, and communication materials related to talent and culture programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management, communications, and candidate engagement activities related to the integration journey.
Key educational requirement:
Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in employer branding and talent acquisition.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data and insights.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders and teams.
