About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical International Business & Market Expansion Intern to join our European team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in how Zeekr expands into new markets using the importer model. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support market onboarding, operational coordination, and business analysis across Europe.

Mission for the internship:

• Support the development of a structured and scalable onboarding process for new importer markets.

• Collect and organize input from cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Logistics) to document market entry processes.

• Assist performance coordinators and market leaders in day-to-day operational alignment across markets.

• Support coordination of cross-team activities to ensure smooth market operations.

• Contribute to an internationalisation strategy project by analyzing how the importer model performs across different markets.

• Help translate data and findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

What you will learn

• Gain a clear understanding of how an automotive OEM enters and develops new markets using the importer model.

• Learn how market entry strategy is translated into operational execution across different countries.

• Develop hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

• Strengthen analytical skills by working with real business data and market performance insights.

• Understand how local market differences impact commercial success and operational outcomes.

Key educational requirement:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Interest in international business, strategy, or market expansion.

• Good communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).

• International exposure (e.g. exchange, studying abroad) is a plus.
