Mission for the internship:

• Support parts pricing process by enhancing the quality, accuracy, and usability of existing Excel-based pricing tools used in Customer Care.

• Contribute to the standardization and simplification of pricing calculation files across customer groups and markets.

• Analyze and work with real pricing datasets to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

• Assist in ensuring pricing data is consistent, reliable, and aligned with business standards.

• Gain hands-on experience through practical, day-to-day involvement in pricing processes and tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve structure, clarity, and functionality of pricing templates.

• Help develop and deliver a standardized, user-friendly pricing calculation template.

• Continuously improve documentation and usability of pricing files to support broader team efficiency and scalability.

What you will learn:

• Application of advanced Excel in a business environment (formulas, structured models, data analysis).

• Understanding of spare parts pricing principles within an automotive aftermarket environment.

• Analysis and handling of complex datasets across multiple markets and customer segments.

• Exposure to data-driven decision-making processes within Customer Care.

• Translation of business requirements into structured analytical outputs.

• Development of structured problem-solving skills in a real business context.

Key educational requirement:

• Currently enrolled in relevant in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analytics.

• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

• Curiosity and willingness to understand complex data structures.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, structured spreadsheets & analysis).

• Basic understanding of financial and pricing calculations (margins, price updates, consistency checks).
