Product Marketing Lead - Hungary

The role
The Product Marketing Lead is the local extension of SDV Product & GTM department. You would secure the local launch readiness and secure a successful initial market introduction. You take the lead in providing market feedback on the Product Performance that will be integrated in the LCM-measures development.
This is what you will do:
Lead end-to-end local product launch, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, after-sales, and logistics;
Ensure full launch readiness by coordinating all local departments and activities;
Develop and cascade product guides and new product knowledge across teams;
Localize product messaging, assets, and brochures for market relevance;
Plan and execute local/regional launch events;
Own and manage local product website content;
Monitor post-launch product performance and define lifecycle (LCM) actions to meet targets;
Act as local product expert (incl. connectivity) and drive campaign planning and tactical marketing initiatives;
Analyze competitor pricing, market volumes, and support development of local pricing strategies and reporting to HQ;
Implement and manage connectivity offerings, while educating internal stakeholders and ensuring adoption.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial automotive business.
Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of the dealer/importer business model.
Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
Experience in sales, after-sales, and logistics is a plus.
