The role
This is a central HQ role responsible for defining, governing, and coordinating the execution of the European dealer network roll-out strategy. It is your responsibility to ensure that all network expansion activities across markets are fully aligned to central standards, processes, and policies.

You work closely with Regional Network Development Leads, drive consistent implementation of network plans, ensure compliance with SI/CI and governance frameworks, and enable the timely and high-quality opening of dealer locations across Europe.

You act as a key interface between HQ and regional teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution excellence across all markets.

This is what you will do:

• European Network Roll-out Planning & HQ Coordination.

• Lead the central planning and governance of dealer network roll-out across Europe in line with the EU strategy.

• Translate strategic network plans into clear execution frameworks for regional teams.

• Coordinate closely with Regional Network Development Leads to ensure consistent implementation across all markets.

• Act as the central coordination point between HQ and regional network teams, ensure all regions are fully aligned with: Network development strategy; Roll-out plans and timelines; Dealer selection, appointment, and onboarding policies.

• Dealer Roll-out Execution Support, Enable and support regional teams to deliver timely dealer openings in line with the European business plan.

• SI/CI Compliance & Facility Standards, ensure all dealer locations across Europe meet or exceed defined Sales Identity (SI) and Corporate Identity (CI) standards.

• Define and enforce compliance frameworks in collaboration with regional teams.

• Act as final control point for design validation and quality assurance.

• Agency Management (Design & Implementation)- Manage HQ-level relationships with design and implementation agencies, ensure agencies deliver in line with agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,

• A structured and disciplined approach to governance, with the ability to manage complex processes, approvals, and compliance frameworks across multiple markets,

• Proven project and program management capabilities, delivering multiple dealer roll-out projects simultaneously within tight timelines and defined SLAs,

• Strong execution focus, with the ability to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely and high-quality dealer openings in line with business plan targets,

• Hands-on experience in network development, with a solid understanding of dealer lifecycle processes (selection, appointment, onboarding),

• Deep understanding of retail facility standards (SI/CI) and the ability to ensure consistent brand execution across diverse markets,

• Experience working with network planning tools and platforms, translating data insights into actionable network decisions,

• High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
