The role
Our team is looking for a B2B Specialist. In this role you will join a key team to launch Zeekr in the market. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.

This is what you will do:

• Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the Fleet sector.

• Identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition, prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met, enabling sales through our Dealer network.

• Administrative handling of orders: Purchase orders, tracking, documents collections.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.

• Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets specific to the fleet sector by growing and serving corporate accounts, contributing to the overall revenue goals of Zeekr through our Dealers.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Technical trainer experience in the automotive industry, and support experience in technical support.

• Strong knowledge of fiscal and business-related understanding of electric vehicles and automotive environments in the country.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, specifically within the B-to-B teams, internal or external.

• Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.

• Good communication and presentation skills in English and local language.

• Degree or knowledge in Automotive Technology/ or a related field/ Advanced degrees or equivalent through working experience are a plus.
