The role
As National Sales & Dealer Development Manager, you will take full ownership of building, scaling, and optimizing our dealer network across Germany. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of strategic expansion and operational excellence, where you will shape our go-to-market success from the ground up.
You will partner closely with dealer groups, acting as a trusted advisor to drive performance, ensure consistency, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-and-scale environment, combining hands-on execution with long-term strategy.
This is what you will do:
Lead the dealer model rollout with key dealer groups, from negotiation through to full implementation.
Drive the national dealer network expansion, ensuring a strong and scalable footprint.
Oversee rollout progress and ensure timely, high-quality execution across all regions.
Own and deliver against volume, margin, and activity targets.
Implement and continuously optimize sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Monitor dealer performance, identify gaps, and execute improvement plans.
Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Ensure excellence in the end-to-end sales process, customer journey, and brand experience.
Track and improve customer satisfaction (KTI/CSI) through actionable insights.
Oversee mystery shopping programs and ensure consistent execution standards.
Act as a strategic sparring partner to dealer principals, managing directors, and sales teams.
Drive competence development, training initiatives, and sharing of best practices.
Foster a performance-driven culture across the dealer network.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Proven experience in sales, retail, or dealer network development, ideally within automotive or premium brands.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
Highly structured, analytical, and data-driven in your approach.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and business owners.
Agile and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset , motivated by building, scaling, and driving change, not just maintaining the status.
