The role
As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you support Key Account Managers with a strong focus on the German fleet market. You ensure the reliable operational execution of fleet programs, working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as leasing companies, logistics partners and fleet customers.

This role requires a structured and detail oriented working style, strong IT affinity and the ability to work within defined processes, even when those processes are still evolving. You focus on operational quality, data accuracy and realistic, well prepared improvements rather than theoretical concepts.

This is what you will do:

Operational support & coordination

• Act as the operational interface for fleet activities with a focus on German fleet customers.

• Support tenders, framework agreements, pricing alignment and customer onboarding.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams across Logistics, Product, Service and Finance.

• Ensure operational data, documentation and system entries are complete, accurate and up to date.

Process, system & project support

• Support fleet operations initiatives related to the German market, including process standardization, reporting and tool usage.

• Create and maintain operational documentation such as price lists, product guides, handbooks and procedures.

• Follow defined processes consistently while contributing structured, well reasoned improvement proposals.

Delivery execution & external stakeholder management

• Own and coordinate delivery planning for German fleet customers, ensuring reliable execution across systems, partners and internal teams.

• Build and manage operational relationships with leasing companies, logistics providers and fleet managers.

• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks early and actively steer resolution.

• Analyze operational issues such as lead times, vehicle allocation, delivery quality or data inconsistencies.

• Clearly communicate not only what is not working, but how it can be improved in practical and implementable terms.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience in automotive B2B operations, fleet or mobility environments.

• Knowledge of the German fleet market, leasing structures and customer expectations is a strong plus.

• Very structured and conscientious working style with high attention to detail.

• Strong IT affinity and confidence working with CRM systems, Excel, dashboards and reporting tools.

• Ability to follow processes precisely and improve them patiently and methodically.

• Strong analytical skills and a practical, execution focused mindset.

• Comfort working with incomplete processes and manual interim solutions when required.

• Clear, factual communication style and solid stakeholder coordination skills.

• Fluent in German; proficient in written and spoken English.
