The role
As the Commercial Director you will develop and drive the business growth and commercial performance of the Swedish market (D2B), by leading the Sales team, consisting of Area Sales Managers, B2B KAM and Fleet managers, delivering on agreed Commercial target through Dealer target setting, monitoring and execution. You will have ownership of the overall development of the Dealer Partnership relations and drive alignment across sales, operations, logistics, and central functions to ensure optimal response to market requirement, sales plans and Zeekr sales targets.
This is what you will do:
Lead the commercial agenda and Sales performance for the Swedish market.
Drive sales; retail order intake, retail sales, whole sales and overall market growth through close collaboration with Dealers and Partners.
Drive activities to optimize P&L, following the annual BP.
Set and communicate quarterly targets for dealers.
Ensure execution excellence across the full customer journey, from order to delivery.
Align local market sales activities/QCP with Nordic PR, NSC Marketing, Strategy and business priorities to drive Sales through Dealer Partnership.
Act as key interface between Sweden and Nordic across all relevant functions related to commercial output and execution.
Provide direction and priorities through leadership of the Commercial organization. Monitor and drive key KPIs, individual sales targets and business performance.
Identify and implement strategic and operational improvements.
Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term market development.
Strategic Workforce planning.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
+ 8 years of Sales Management / Business Development /Commercial Lead or equivalent.
Proven track record in Leadership.
Relevant experience in automotive (dealer, nsc or OEM HQ).
Business driven and customer centric.
Ability to lead an organization in complex structures.
Agile and flexible.
Ability to read a market, understand business trends and translate it into commercial tactics and strategy.
Strong business acumen.
Strong negotiations skills.
Analytic thinking.
D2B business understanding.
