The role
As Warranty operational expert, you are responsible for warranty and complaint processes and combine first line technical support towards Geely authorized dealer workshops in Europe. You ensure fast, precise and professional handling of technical matters and warranty claims, contribute to high repair quality, correct policy compliance and a predictable customer and dealer experience. The role requires strong technical understanding, structured work methodology, clear communication and the ability to make professional decisions.
This is what you will do:
Lead the rollout of our new warranty program in EU.
Define warranty terms and conditions, policies and procedures.
Set KPIs for warranty costs for each market, monitor adherence and non conformities.
Manage the warranty parts return process.
Manage and follow up on warranty claims for Geely and Zeekr vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain close communication with NSC to maintain and enhance warranty operations in the assigned market.
Collaborate with importers, partners, and NSC to effectively resolve warranty-related issues.
Working together with Global Teams to ensure our EU warranty program aligns with the Geely Global requirements.
Agree with Global Teams the requirements of the Geely and Zeekr warranty audit process and manage the rollout.
Manage activation of all CCAP and Service campaign meetings, reviews and actions.
Ensure market notifications take place as defined by the CCAP process.
Coordinate release of both recalls and service campaigns, ensuring that parts and repair processes are documented and shared with recipients.
Measure, monitor and drive completion rates in line with targets set.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
5 years or more experience in similar role at NSC, OEM environment or dealer holding, Master diagnostic experience in BEV and PHEV technologies and warranty department.
Strong knowledge of warranty processes, automotive components, and service operations.
Extensive automotive experience, ideally at both OEM natural sales company and headquarter backgrounds.
Excellent analytical skills with experience from working with big data/BI is an advantage have a deep respect for all aspects of customer data privacy, including the EU GDPR regulations.
Documented experience from similar role.
