The role
As Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting Zeekr’s growth in one of our most important European markets. You will combine strong financial expertise with close cross‑functional collaboration to drive profitability, strengthen governance, and ensure scalable, efficient business processes.

This is what you will do:

• Analyze vehicle pricing, product mix, and margin performance to identify optimization opportunities.

• Build robust business cases and financial models to support strategic and commercial decisions.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and year‑end closing processes. Standardize, document, and continuously improve key finance processes to enhance transparency and control.

• Ensure accurate and timely accruals in close coordination with Accounting, reflecting true business performance.

• Monitor pricing, discounts, and margins in line with central policies and guidelines.

• Drive gross margin performance by balancing volume growth with sustainable profitability.

• Support fleet, leasing, and key account deals with clear financial assessments, including residual value (RV) risk.

• Act as a finance partner in commercial discussions (e.g. campaigns, recovery plans), ensuring data‑driven decisions.

• Ensure adherence to HQ policies, approval frameworks, and financial controls in the German market. Challenge the use of discounts as a solution to operational or execution issues.

• Act as a bridge between business and accounting, ensuring financial data (including accruals) accurately reflects operational reality.

• Improve finance processes, internal controls, and operational execution.

• Support system enhancements and ensure alignment between Finance, Business, and IT.

• Track key initiatives and action plans, ensuring accountability and timely follow‑up.

• Support product launches and commercial campaigns from a financial perspective.

• Ensure consistent implementation of strategies, processes, and governance between HQ and the German organization.

• Act as a trusted finance counterpart to local leadership, supporting disciplined execution.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or finance business partnering roles, with clear exposure to commercial and operational decision‑making.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, revenue recognition, and month‑end processes, ensuring financial results accurately reflect business reality.

• Proven experience as a true business partner, confidently working with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to influence decisions and outcomes.

• Comfort operating in a fast‑growing, evolving environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and control.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain financial topics clearly to non‑finance audiences.

• Attention to detail combined with a strategic perspective, ensuring both operational execution and long‑term objectives are supported.
