Aftersales Network Expert
The role
As Service Network Expert you support the development, operation, and optimisation of the authorized service network and authorized Body and Repair network. The role ensures that service partners meet Geely Auto standards for customer experience, capacity, quality, tooling, and facility requirements. The expert actively collaborates with dealers, market teams, and cross-functional departments to strengthen network capability and service performance.
This is what you will do:
Support network coverage planning, partner evaluations, and service capacity analysis.
Conduct facility and process audits to ensure full compliance with Geely Auto standards.
Guide service partners on workshop layout, tooling requirements, EV readiness, and operational improvements.
Analyse network performance KPIs and highlight improvement areas to Network Development leadership.
Manage documentation related to standards, tooling, dealer certifications, and onboarding.
Support the rollout of new programs, standards updates, and readiness requirements for new model introductions.
Collaborate with Legal, Aftersales Leads/Directors, Technical Support, and Training agency.
Provide best practices to National Sales Company (NSC) Aftersales leads/Directors on after sales related items like parts stock management and turnover, accessory turnover, gross profit, warranty costs, performance, and indirect on workshop productivity, efficiency, and service processes.
Compiling and supporting after-sales marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
Support and maintenance the authorized body and repair workshops.
Cooperate and work closely with our workshop partners on Customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
5 - 8 years experience in service operations, workshop management, or network development.
OEM/NSC experience preferred
Experience with audits, facility standards, tooling programs, or workshop performance KPIs.
EV/hybrid knowledge is a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on supporting regional organizations and dealer networks.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
