Rollen
Vi søker nå en strukturert og serviceorientert Parts & Accessories Support Specialist som vil ha det operative ansvaret for å støtte våre autoriserte forhandlere og interne funksjoner innen reservedeler og tilbehør.
Dette blir dine arbeidsoppgaver:
Operativ support til autoriserte forhandlere innen reservedeler og tilbehør.
Behandling og oppfølging av bestillinger, restordre og leveranser.
Koordinering mot europeiske lager- og logistikksentre.
Oppfølging av tilgjengelighet, leveringstid og sortiment for deler og tilbehør.
Optimalisering av dele- og tilbehørsflyt.
Håndtering av retur- og reklamasjonsprosesser relatert til deler og tilbehør.
Bidra i etablering og drift av lokale lager- og tilbehørsløsninger der aktuelt.
Tett samarbeid med Technical Support, Warranty, Service Market og Sales.
Sikre strukturert og korrekt informasjon om tilbehør (bruk, kompatibilitet, montering).
Rapportering og analyse av deler- og tilbehørsrelaterte KPI-er.
For å lykkes i rollen, tror vi du innehar følgende kvalifikasjoner:
Erfaring fra ettermarked, reservedeler, tilbehør eller logistikk – helst innen bilbransjen.
Forståelse for forhandlerdrift og servicemarkedsprosesser.
Strukturert, nøyaktig og løsningsorientert arbeidsform.
Gode IT-kunnskaper og erfaring med ERP-/DMS-systemer.
Behersker norsk og engelsk, muntlig og skriftlig.
Evne til å jobbe selvstendig i et miljø under oppbygging.

The role
We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Parts & Accessories Support Specialist who will have operational responsibility for supporting our authorized dealers and internal functions within spare parts and accessories.
This is what you will do:
Operational support to authorized dealers within spare parts and accessories.
Processing and follow-up of orders, backorders, and deliveries.
Coordination with European warehouse and logistics centers.
Follow-up on availability, delivery time, and assortment of parts and accessories.
Optimization of parts and accessories flow.
Handling return and complaint processes related to parts and accessories.
Contribute to the establishment and operation of local warehouse and accessory solutions where relevant.
Close collaboration with Technical Support, Warranty, Service Market, and Sales.
Ensure structured and accurate information about accessories (use, compatibility, installation).
Reporting and analysis of parts- and accessories-related KPIs.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Experience from aftersales, spare parts, accessories, or logistics – preferably within the automotive industry.
Understanding of dealer operations and service market processes.
Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/DMS systems.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently in a developing environment.
