The role
As an Accessory Specialist within the Customer Care department at Zeekr EU, you provide/support development of relevant and commercial accessories for our car models available in time for launch and/or during lifecycle. You deliver the required development based on input from customers, internal, external, market developments and commercial potential.

This is what you will do:

Accessory Product Development

• Develop, together with the support of purchasing and engineering colleagues at GTE, exciting and innovative accessories for our dynamic EV vehicles.

• Be in tune with market and competitor accessory development, suggest new products.

• Ensure current and future accessories are set up in various systems and ready for dealer and importer sales.

• Work as the department specialist for vehicle homologation and testing requirements to ensure we have a high-quality accessory range.

• Manage SAM’s (special action models) as requested by car sales & marketing teams.

Vehicle Platform integration

• Provide accurate accessory input for our website i.e. product info, images, part numbers and pricing.

• Provide sales & marketing initiatives to maximize accessory revenue (online & offline).

• Maintain the online Accessory Shop, ensuring we provide excellent customer experience and effective fulfilment processes.

Supplier management

• Liaise with our China R&D and Gothenburg R&D teams to ensure accessory design is included within product development.

• Work with European suppliers to develop specific accessories for the European market.

Market and Business alignment

• Provide daily support to our internal and external colleagues (dealer & importer staff).

• Support and advice on maintenance/development/improvement of our Panda, Poseidon, & Zeus systems.

• Provide support for new model launches, and annual European sales conference.

• Manage, update, and distribute installation manuals.

Forecast and Financial approvements

• Manage the internal budget approval process together with our Purchasing, Finance, and Legal teams e.g. new or updated contracts, PA & PR processes, initial PO’s etc.

• Monitor dealer/importer sales, provide advice on stock levels, and create supplier forecasts.

• Set and maintain appropriate market pricing (DNP/MSRP) together with Pricing and manage initial orders together with Purchasing based on car sales plan and take-rates.

• Present analysis and recommendations to various teams, up to and including (senior) management.

• Provide sales & marketing initiatives to maximize accessory revenue (online & offline).

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5–8 years automotive experience (or equivalent) particularly in accessory development.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on supporting regional organizations and dealer networks.

• Experience working in an OEM environment managing multiple regions and markets.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
