ZEEKR Danmark vokser hurtigt, og vi er ved at opbygge et af de mest agile og ambitiøse teams på markedet for premium elbiler. Vi leder nu efter en Sales & CX Specialist, der ønsker at forme fremtiden for vores kundeoplevelse og bidrage til den fortsatte vækst i vores forretning.

Dine vigtigste ansvarsområder
Som Sales & CX Specialist vil du være drivkraften bag kundetilfredshed, datakvalitet og salgsekspertise.
Dette vil du arbejde med:
• Kundeoplevelse & kundetilfredshed.
• Sikre struktureret opfølgning på målinger af kundetilfredshed (NPS, feedback, indsigter i kunderejsen osv.).
• Udvikle og eksekvere initiativer, der løfter kundeoplevelsen på tværs af vores forhandlernetværk.
• Koordinere og analysere Mystery Shopping-resultater.
Sales Force & datakvalitet
• Drive implementering, vedligeholdelse og opfølgning på brugen af Sales Force i hele forhandlernetværket.
• Sikre høj datakvalitet, overholdelse af processer og løbende optimering.
• Håndtere alle forhandlerrelaterede data, rapportering og systemadgange.
Sales Support & projekter
• Lede udvalgte salgsrelaterede projekter og initiativer.
• Samarbejde tæt med hele teamet om processer, forbedringer og operationelle opgaver.
• Støtte forskellige ad hoc-opgaver, som er essentielle i vores hurtigt voksende organisation.
Du vil rapportere direkte til Sales Manager for ZEEKR Danmark, og sammen vil I tydeligt definere dine ansvarsområder – hvilket giver stort rum for ejerskab og udvikling.

Faglige kvalifikationer
• Solid erfaring med arbejde inden for kundetilfredshed, CX eller lignende funktioner.
• Stærk, praktisk erfaring med Sales Force (obligatorisk).
• Erfaring med datahåndtering, procesopfølgning og rapportering.
• Erfaring fra bilbranchen eller forhandlernetværk er en fordel (men ikke et krav).
Personlige egenskaber
• Evne til at bevare overblikket og håndtere flere opgaver samtidig.
• Trives i et hurtigt skiftende miljø med hyppige ændringer.
• Har en positiv og proaktiv tilgang.

The role
Sales & CX Specialist at ZEEKR Denmark ZEEKR Denmark is growing rapidly, and we’re building one of the most agile and ambitious teams in the premium EV market. We are now looking for a Sales & CX Specialist who wants to shape the future of our customer experience and contribute to the continued growth of our business. With us, you’ll become part of a small, dynamic team where decisions are made quickly, the pace is high, and where we quite literally build the road as we drive on it. Your Key Responsibilities As a Sales & CX Specialist, you will be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, data quality, and sales excellence.
This is what you will do:
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction.
• Ensure structured follow-up on customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, feedback, customer journey insights, etc.)
• Develop and execute initiatives that elevate customer experience across our dealer network.
• Coordinate and analyse Mystery Shopping results Sales Force & Data Quality.
• Drive adoption, maintenance and follow-up on Sales Force usage across the dealer network.
• Ensure strong data quality, process adherence and continuous optimisation.
• Handle all dealer-related data, reporting and system access Sales Support & Projects.
• Lead selected sales-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the entire team on processes, improvements and operational tasks.
• Support various ad hoc duties essential to our fast-paced, growing organisation.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager for ZEEKR Denmark, and together you will clearly define your areas of responsibility -offering substantial room for ownership and development.

Professional Qualifications
• Strong experience working with customer satisfaction, CX or similar functions.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Sales Force (mandatory).
• Experience with data handling, process follow-up and reporting.
• Automotive or dealer network experience is a plus (but not required).

• Able to maintain overview and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
