Rollen
Vi søger en Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, der kombinerer stærk salgsforståelse med solid erfaring inden for kundetilfredshed og kundeoplevelse – og som har lyst til at omsætte kundeindsigter til konkret salgsperformance i forhandlernetværket.
Rollen er ideel for dig, der har arbejdet tæt med kunder og salgsorganisationer, og som motiveres af at forbedre både kunderejsen og salgsresultaterne i praksis.

Dine vigtigste ansvarsområder:
Kundeoplevelse & kundetilfredshed
• Tage ejerskab for kundetilfredshed på tværs af ZEEKRs danske forhandlernetværk.
• Arbejde struktureret med kundefeedback, NPS og indsigter fra kunderejsen.
• Sikre systematisk opfølgning på kundefeedback – og omsætte indsigter til konkrete forbedringer i salgs- og leveringsprocessen.
• Understøtte forhandlerne i at levere en ensartet og premium kundeoplevelse.
• Koordinere og følge op på Mystery Shopping-aktiviteter.
Salg & forhandlersamarbejde
• Samarbejde tæt med forhandlerne om at styrke salgsoplevelsen fra første kontakt til levering.
• Bidrage til udvikling og implementering af salgsinitiativer, kampagner og processer.
• Være sparringspartner for forhandlerne i relation til både salg og kundeoplevelse.
• Arbejde aktivt med koblingen mellem høj kundetilfredshed og øget salgsperformance.
Salgsunderstøttelse & systemer
• Understøtte brugen af Salesforce som værktøj til opfølgning på leads, salg og kunderejser.
• Sikre, at relevante salgs- og kundeindsigter bruges aktivt i hverdagen.
• Bidrage til enkel og praksisnær rapportering – uden at rollen bliver datatung.
Projekter & udvikling
• Deltage i og drive udvalgte salgs- og CX-relaterede projekter.
• Bidrage til opbygning og løbende udvikling af processer i takt med ZEEKRs vækst i Danmark.
Du refererer direkte til Sales Manager for ZEEKR Danmark og får stor frihed til at forme indholdet af rollen.
Hvem er du?
Vi søger en kommerciel profil med dokumenteret erfaring inden for kundetilfredshed og kundeoplevelse, gerne kombineret med salg eller bilbrancheerfaring.
Fagligt
• Erfaring fra en rolle med ansvar for kundetilfredshed, CX eller kundeoplevelse.
• Erfaring med at arbejde med kundefeedback, NPS eller lignende målinger.
• Forståelse for, hvordan kundetilfredshed understøtter salg og loyalitet.
• Gerne erfaring fra bilbranchen, importør, forhandlernetværk eller beslægtet branche.
• Erfaring med CRM/Salesforce er en klar fordel.
Personligt
• Du er kommercielt tænkende og ser kundetilfredshed som en salgsdriver.
• Du er relationsstærk og trives i samarbejde med forhandlere og kolleger.

The role
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist who combines a strong commercial mindset with solid experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience – and who is motivated to translate customer insights into tangible sales performance across our dealer network.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with customers and sales organizations, and who is driven by improving both the customer journey and sales results in practice.
You will join a small, ambitious team with a fast pace, short decision-making paths, and a high degree of autonomy.
This is what you will do:
Customer Experience & Customer Satisfaction
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction across ZEEKR’s Danish dealer network.
• Work in a structured manner with customer feedback, NPS, and customer journey insights.
• Ensure systematic follow-up on customer feedback and translate insights into concrete improvements in sales and delivery processes.
• Support dealers in delivering a consistent and premium customer experience.
• Coordinate and follow up on Mystery Shopping activities.
Sales & Dealer Collaboration
• Work closely with dealers to strengthen the sales experience from first contact to delivery.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives, campaigns, and processes.
• Act as a sparring partner for dealers in relation to both sales and customer experience.
• Actively work with the link between high customer satisfaction and increased sales performance.
Sales Support & Systems
• Support the use of Salesforce as a tool for lead management, sales follow-up, and customer journeys.
• Ensure that relevant sales and customer insights are actively used in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to simple and practical reporting, without making the role overly data-focused.
Projects & Development
• Participate in and lead selected sales- and CX-related projects.
• Contribute to the establishment and continuous development of processes in line with ZEEKR’s growth in Denmark.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager for ZEEKR Denmark and will have significant freedom to shape the content and scope of the role.
Who are you?
We are looking for a commercially minded profile with documented experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience, preferably combined with sales experience or experience from the automotive industry.
Professional Background
• Experience from a role with responsibility for customer satisfaction, CX, or customer experience.
• Experience working with customer feedback, NPS, or similar metrics.
• Strong understanding of how customer satisfaction supports sales and customer loyalty.
• Experience from the automotive industry, importer environment, dealer networks, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a strong advantage.

• You have a commercial mindset and see customer satisfaction as a key driver of sales.
• You are relationship-oriented and thrive in collaboration with dealers and colleagues.
