The role
The Country Manager serves as the end‑to‑end business leader for the market, holding full P&L responsibility and driving the commercial, operational, and brand strategy to achieve or exceed country targets. In this role, you will shape and execute the local go‑to‑market approach across marketing and PR, sales, aftersales, and customer experience, ensuring the brand establishes a strong and sustainable presence in a highly competitive environment. You will lead and empower the local team, build high‑impact stakeholder relationships, and ensure that every aspect of the customer journey reflects the brand’s standards. Acting as the strategic bridge between local market dynamics and central functions, you are fully accountable for the brand’s performance, growth, and reputation in the country.

This is what you will do:

• Own the commercial performance of the Belgian market with full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue, volume, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Provide strong leadership to the Belgian sales, operations, marketing and aftersales teams.

• Through the team, drive marketing and PR activities, grow brand strength, market visibility, demand generation, and reputation across all channels.

• Lead sales and aftersales operations teams, ensuring seamless execution, outstanding service quality, and strong customer retention.

• Drive end‑to‑end coordination across all business functions, acting as the central connection point for internal teams and external partners to support ongoing market growth.

• Develop, refine, and execute strategies to expand market share, optimizing commercial performance and ensuring all KPIs and strategic objectives are achieved.

• Ensure operational excellence across sales, service, logistics, customer care, and retail operations, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Strengthen and optimize the sales and service partner network, ensuring contractual alignment, operational standards, training quality, and long‑term performance.

• Manage key external stakeholders—including dealers, agencies, logistics partners, and service providers—to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across all operations.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading a country‑level automotive sales organization with full P&L responsibility.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high performance across cross‑functional teams.

• Pragmatic and hands‑on mindset; able to switch seamlessly between strategic direction and operational execution.

• Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving commercial results in highly competitive environments.

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English languages.
