Sales Operations Specialist

The role
Develop and implement sales actions and processes, optimize dealer/D2C/Importer operations, and manage key systems across European markets, including the infleeting and allocation of internal vehicles. Drive sales and growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. Focus on sales performance analysis, funnel management, incentive structures, and system optimization for retail, fleet, and dealer/importer operations.
This is what you will do:
• Create and deploy sales actions and processes across markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct weekly sales funnel follow-ups with countries using data-driven insights.
• Perform data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Optimize dealer operations: target setting, sales force data input and reporting.
• Lead business requirements for special projects: CoC (Certificate of conformity) deployment by market, trade-in process management, tactical sales actions.
• Oversee optimization of retail management system, incentives management system, and order-to-delivery system.
• Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns, commissions, and bonus structures.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage discounts and incentives programs.
• Manage dealer platform updates and enhancements.
• Conduct order processing and fulfillment oversight for various sales channels.
• Work with IT team on business requirements and system testing.
• Support cross-functional departments to implement aligned sales initiatives.
• Own and manage the infleeting and allocation of internal vehicles (including company cars, demo, and PR/marketing fleets) in alignment with sales and fleet strategies.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive sales operations (coordinator to specialist level).
• Proven experience with sales processes, dealer operations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools and technologies.
• Experience with target setting, bonus/incentive calculations, and validation.
• Background in data analysis and reporting and familiarity with CRM systems and automotive sales tools.
• Project management and experience managing cross-functional projects in automotive environment.
• Knowledge of sales funnel analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with order-to-delivery and fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple
projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative team player, with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve common goals.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through evolving market dynamics, shifting priorities, and changing customer needs within the fleet market segment.
