Business Performance Lead

The role
Drive and optimize commercial performance by coordinating sales forecasts, incentive management, and product performance across countries and channels. Enable data-driven decision-making and continuous business growth through cross-functional business planning, delivery management, and operational excellence.
This is what you will do:
Develop and maintain sales forecasts by country, channel, month, and product.
Lead monthly delivery planning and define countermeasures for gaps.
Conduct weekly business reviews of market orders, funnel, and profit KPIs.
Coordinate HQ QCP processes: country diagnosis, tactical action plans, and process optimization.
Coach Country Heads on commercial tools and ways of working.
Liaise with IT and Dealers/Importers for business requirements and contract management.
Implement and improve commercial policies and processes.
Analyze performance to ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
15+ years of experience in automotive business operations, planning, or related fields.
Experience with sales forecasting, commercial planning, and incentive management.
Proven track record in cross-functional roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
Experience working with IT and contract management (Dealer/Importer relations).
Strong business acumen in automotive/commercial operations.
Data-driven analytical skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Ability to drive operational excellence and streamline processes.
