The role

As Tax Manager, you will be participating in managing and strengthening tax operations in our expansion in European markets. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tax Manager to support corporate tax compliance, tax accounting, transfer pricing, and audit management across multiple European jurisdictions. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and external advisors to ensure tax compliance, accuracy in reporting, and effective tax risk management in a dynamic, international environment.

This is what you will do:

Tax Compliance

• Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate income tax and VAT returns across EU jurisdictions

• Coordinate relation with 3rd party compliance provider

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, and statutory requirements

• Monitor changes in EU and local tax legislation and assess business impact

Tax Accounting & Reporting

• Support tax provisioning and reporting, including current and deferred taxes

• Reconcile tax balances and support month-end and year-end close processes

• Assist with disclosures for statutory financial statements

Transfer Pricing

• Support transfer pricing compliance, including documentation (Master File, Local Files)

• Coordinate with external advisors on benchmarking studies and policy updates

• Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with TP policies

Audit & Authority Management

• Act as a key contact for tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities

• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate responses with internal teams and advisors

• Support resolution of tax assessments, disputes, and queries

Advisory & Projects

• Support tax-related projects such as business expansions, or system improvements

• Assist with process optimization and automation of tax workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations)

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Posses over 5 years of relevant tax experience, ideally in a multinational company or Big 4 / tax advisory firm

• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, tax compliance, and tax accounting

• Proficient in English

• Automotive industry experience preferred

• Demonstrate an innovative mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork.

• Exhibit a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach, with the ability to handle substantial work pressure effectively.
