The role
Our Sweden team is looking for a Network Development Lead based in Stockholm. In this role, you will take a leading position in developing and expanding Zeekr’s retail and dealer network in the Swedish market, ensuring strong coverage, high standards, and sustainable growth.

This is what you will do:

• Network Strategy & Market Coverage: Develop and drive the dealer network strategy for Sweden, including coverage planning, gap analysis, and long-term network design aligned with Zeekr’s market ambitions.

• Partner Identification & Appointment: Identify potential dealer and investor partners, lead discussions, conduct evaluations, and manage the full onboarding process, from initial assessment to dealer appointment and operational readiness.

• Network Assessment & Performance Management: Assess network gaps and continuously evaluate dealer performance against agreed KPIs. Support underperforming partners and drive performance improvements across the network.

• Facility Standards & Compliance: Oversee facility standards and ensure partners meet Zeekr’s brand, retail, and operational requirements. Guide partners through facility development, upgrades, and compliance processes.

• Investor & Partner Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with investors and dealer partners. Act as a trusted counterpart, ensuring alignment with Zeekr’s expectations while supporting partners’ commercial success.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless coordination and successful network development.

• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to Zeekr’s long-term success in Sweden by supporting strategic initiatives related to network expansion, retail excellence, and customer experience.

To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:

• 4+ years of experience in dealer network development or retail operations within the automotive or a similar industry.

• 6+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience translating market insights into actionable network plans.

• Solid financial analysis capabilities to assess dealer viability, investment cases, and performance.

• Proven ability in relationship building with dealers, investors, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience are considered a plus.
