Mission for the internship:

As a Sales Operation Digital Intern, you will be part of the Digital Team that supports our Sales Operation function across Europe. You will assist in managing the daily operation of key digital systems, help identify system issues and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure smooth system performance and continuous optimization.

This role provides a unique opportunity to understand the full lifecycle of digital product management in the automotive industry — from business process analysis and system improvement, to testing, user training, and rollout.

What you will learn:

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of Sales Operation systems (Order-to-Delivery, Incentive Management, DMS Integration, etc.).
  
  
• Assist business users in troubleshooting system issues, documenting cases, and following up with IT teams for resolution.
  
  
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements.
  
  
• Help translate business needs into user stories or functional requests for technical teams.
  
  
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that new system releases meet business requirements.
  
  
• Prepare training materials and user guides, and assist in conducting system training sessions for end users.
  
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring key process metrics and proposing automation or digitalization ideas.

Key educational requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, sales operations, and data-driven business improvement.
• Basic understanding of business systems or ERP/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Knowledge of Mandarin or any other European language will be considered an advantage.
