Mission for the internship:

As a Procurement Operations Intern, you will join our Procurement team and support key sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities across the business. You will help optimize procurement processes, manage supplier data, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to sourcing projects that ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

This internship provides hands-on experience across procurement operations, sourcing project coordination, and process optimization — ideal for students interested in supply chain, purchasing, or vendor management.

What you will learn:
During this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to procurement and supply chain operations:

• How sourcing projects are structured, tracked, and executed in a real business environment.
  
• Practical experience with the Purchase Order lifecycle and procurement systems.
  
• Supplier management and vendor onboarding processes.
  
• Stakeholder communication across procurement, finance, and business teams.
  
• How to independently manage small sourcing initiatives.
  
• Procurement process improvement and workflow optimization.
  
• Tools such as Excel, procurement trackers, and internal workflow solutions.

Key educational requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related fields.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Interest in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid communication skills for engaging with suppliers and internal teams.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement or project management tools is a plus.
