Mission for the internship:

• As a Financial Services Intern, you’ll be part of the Business Operations team, contributing to critical analyses and process improvements that enhance our financial services performance and operational efficiency across European markets.
• Support the development and optimization of commercial operations processes and reporting tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. This internship will focus on benchmarking, financial analysis, and process improvements that drive transparency and strategic alignment across markets.

What you will learn:

This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to:

• Commercial operations in the automotive industry, including pricing, leasing, and remarketing strategies.

• Building interactive dashboards and reporting tools for management insights.

• Benchmarking and financial analysis techniques to support competitive positioning.

• Process documentation and improvement methodologies for operational excellence.

• Cross-functional collaboration, improving communication and alignment with diverse teams.

• Leading your own project, delivering tangible impact on commercial operations.

Key educational requirement:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with Excel and data handling.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analysis tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Effective communication skills; ability to clearly present insights and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
