Internship details

• Start date: February 2026.
• Allowance: €800 per month (40 hours per week).

Mission for the internship:

As a Talent Development / HR Intern, you’ll play an active role in cultivating our innovative, inclusive, and people-focused culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore different areas of HR, make a real contribution to impactful projects, and learn from a dynamic and supportive team.

Key educational requirement:

• You’re currently studying a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in people’s development, culture, and internal communication.
• You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working on multiple projects at once.
• You're comfortable using digital tools and collaborating in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
