The role
Here at Zeekr EU HQ we are hiring a Supply Planner for our growing aftersales team.

This is what you will do:

• Create monthly supply plan for all spare parts of all Zeekr car models (approx. 6500 SKUs) by developing and maintaining safety stock and re-order point calculation with different parameters such as lead time, demand and seasonality, market trends and diverse patterns for an optimal inventory management.
• Develop data-driven inventory analytics such as stock turnover analysis, product segmentation, and quality metrics to continuously improve spare parts inventory performance, ensure on-time, in-full supply across all sales channel, with a focus on proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support to complete purchasing and ordering process to China Zeekr Aftersales and external suppliers including managing all related tasks to implement in the POTD system (parts order track delivery) to complete end to end logistic flow.
• Monitor and secure the complete logistic flow and be responsible of all administrative logistic activities including customs and return flow process and possible new processes.
• First contact person for service network from Parts and Logistics team for any supply and logistics related issues, questions, requests.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Planning experience in supply chain, parts logistics, or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong analytical data management skills with quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (should be advanced), Word, & Power Point are required. Experience in Power BI or Tableau and MRP systems preferred.
• Pro-active mindset as well as the ability to manage several issues at the same time. 
• Solid written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and a good team player.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and delivering results within tight deadlines.
