Technical Support Expert - EV Systems Diagnostic

The role
Responsibilities and deliverables
- Main roles which need concentrate for diagnostic of high voltage system and low voltage system. such as capture log, and remote diagnostic, collaborative management of failure analysis, and type the technical bulletin documentation.
- Support the Technical team and Quality department with advanced problem solving across the HEV vehicle platform.
- Respond to national sales company efficiently, closing out support tickets within agreed KPIs.
- Monitor trends in this area and liaise with key stakeholders to identify, escalate and analysis symptoms and root causes.
- Willing to travel to support international dealer and workshop teams as needed.
- Undertake regular formal and informal development to keep your core knowledge and skills base up-to-date.
- Develop excellent customer relationship with NSC as well as good understanding of specific market needs.
What you will bring:
- Extensive automotive troubleshooting experience, ideally at OEM national sales company and headquarter backgrounds.
- 5 years or more excellent diagnostic abilities and onsite support experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience from working with big data/BI is an advantage have a deep respect for all aspects of customer data privacy, including the EU GDPR regulations.
- Iinnovative and have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment.
- Have a strong people and customer centric mind and behavior.
- You have an entrepreneurial approach and dare to make decisions.
- A strong communicator and fluent in English.
