The role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our EU Digital & IT team. In this role, you will support the effective use, optimization, and integration of our Digital and Marketing platforms to help drive seamless customer experiences and data-driven marketing execution

What You'll Do:

System Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze and optimize marketing platforms including Salesforce (CRM), CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress), CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium), corporate websites, brand apps, and marketing compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).
• Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and personalization.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical specifications and system configurations.

Daily Operations & Support

• Provide L1/L2 support to users across marketing systems, including issue triage, resolution, and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the China delivery team and external partners to:

1. Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.
2. Execute and validate system configurations and updates.
3. Manage and track change requests (CRs) and incidents to ensure timely resolution.

 Compliance & Governance 

• Ensure all marketing systems comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) using tools like OneTrust. 
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and training resources for system usage and governance. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Act as the key link between marketing, IT, China delivery teams, and external vendors. 
• Provide technical guidance and training to marketing teams on platform capabilities and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in digital product/system analysis within marketing or digital transformation environments 

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Salesforce CRM
• CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress)
• Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP)
• Marketing compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust)
• Web and mobile platforms
• Solid understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem – including campaign management, audience targeting, and media attribution.
• Experience working with regional delivery teams and external suppliers, particularly in China.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage.
