The role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zeekr EU, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple European markets for brands within the group. You will own the recruitment process for your business unit, partnering closely with country market leads and central functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality hiring experience.
This is what you will do:
- Strategic Hiring Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and country market leads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates across various platforms and networks.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain talent pipelines for both strategic and volume hiring needs.
- Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage market intelligence and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a commercial environment.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages are also beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent and building strategic talent pipelines.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries is a plus.
