The role
Our Danish team is looking for an Aftersales Lead who will be part of building our after sales business in Zeekr Denmark. At Zeekr, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with the aftersales teams within our network across Denmark. Collaborate to ensure alignment with our after-sales service standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Implement After Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Drive initiatives to improve service efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce customer downtime.
- Provide Training and Support: Conduct training sessions directly or through our partner for after sales teams on new products, technical updates, and service protocols. Offer continuous support and guidance, addressing technical inquiries and service-related challenges.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for after sales services or service training. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall after-sales experience.
- Resolve Escalated Issues: Act as a point of contact for escalated after-sales issues, working closely to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of technical and service-related challenges.
- Collaborate on Product Improvement: Gather feedback from after sales teams and customers to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements based on after-sales insights.
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in after-sales management within the automotive industry, ideally working for an OEM.
- Strong technical understanding of electric vehicles and automotive systems.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships for a premium automotive brand, specifically within the aftersales teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English.

Det er det, du kommer til at bruge det meste af din tid på:
- Byg broer og styrk bånd: Du skal pleje og udvikle stærke relationer til aftersales-teams i hele vores danske netværk. Sammen sikrer vi, at vores service lever op til ZEEKRs høje standarder og kundernes forventninger.
- Sæt strøm til strategien: Udvikl og eksekver skarpe aftersales-strategier, der løfter kundetilfredshed, loyalitet og fastholdelse. Du driver initiativer, der gør vores service mere effektiv, strømliner processer og minimerer kundernes ventetid.
- Træning og sparring: Du står for træning af aftersales-teams (enten direkte eller via vores partner) i nye produkter, tekniske opdateringer og serviceprocedurer. Du er den faglige støtte, der hjælper med tekniske spørgsmål og serviceudfordringer.
- Hold øje med pulsen: Sæt mål og følg op på KPI’er for aftersales-services og træning. Du analyserer data, spotter trends og finder nye måder at gøre kundernes aftersales-oplevelse endnu bedre på.
- Løs de svære sager: Du er vores go-to person, når aftersales-sager eskalerer. Du arbejder tæt sammen med kunderne for at finde hurtige og effektive løsninger og koordinerer med interne teams for at løse tekniske og service-relaterede udfordringer.
- Bidrag til produktudvikling: Saml feedback fra aftersales-teams og kunder, og brug det til at forbedre vores produkter og services. Du samarbejder med tværfaglige teams om at implementere produktforbedringer baseret på dine aftersales-indsigter.
For at lykkes i rollen skal du have:
- Solid erfaring med aftersales-ledelse i bilbranchen – gerne fra en OEM.
- En stærk teknisk forståelse for elbiler og bilsystemer.
- Dokumenteret evne til at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer for et premium bilbrand, især inden for aftersales.
- Fremragende problemløsningsevner, så du kan tackle komplekse tekniske udfordringer og levere effektive løsninger.
- Enestående kommunikations- og præsentationsevner på både dansk og engelsk.
