The role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Zeekr Europe, you will be entrusted with supporting our purchase‑to‑pay process, managing monthly closing activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast‑growing international automotive environment. Your role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our AP operations as Zeekr expands across Europe.

This is what you will do:

• Execute the accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, approval flows, posting, and timely vendor payments.
• Run and maintain a purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) month‑end checklist, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly closing deliverables: supplier reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and review of open items.
• Optimize the P2P workflows and month-end closing
• Support audit readiness, including preparation of audit files related to accounts payable and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor AP mailbox.
• Contribute to improvements in financial controls and internal reporting (IFRS / NL GAAP context).

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable or purchase‑to‑pay roles, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing or shared‑services sector.
  
• Strong experience in month‑end routines, GL reconciliations, accruals, and audit files.
  
• Excellent command of Excel. Experience with SAP 4 Hana is a strong plus.
  
• Fluency in English required; Dutch is a plus.
  
• Proactive, structured thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Completed MBO+ or HBO level education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
