Mission for the Internship:

• Market launch: Main role will be to be support Zeekr’s expansion into Europe through developing and implementing Zeekr’s market entry strategy.
• Strategic planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plans.
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer preferences, and technological advancements.
• Strategic projects: Support ad-hoc strategic projects/initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to assess the organization's broader performance and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Learning Opportunities:

• Develops core strategy skillset through hands-on experience in key strategy topics (e.g. market entries, strategic planning).
• Understands and develops best-practice strategy toolkit through working closely with experienced strategy professionals.
• Develops generalist consulting and problem-solving skillset through ad-hoc support of company initiatives.
• Gains unique insight into the European automotive industry through cross-functional collaboration with various departments, including e.g. product, sales, after-sales, marketing, finance and HR.

Key educational requirements:

• Current undertaking Bachelor's (penultimate or final year) or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and industry disruptions to formulate actionable strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
