The role
As a Delivery Specialist, you're the final and most exciting step in the customer journey, making sure every handover feels like an event. From the moment a customer picks up their brand-new Zeekr, you ensure everything runs smoothly—working closely with sales, service, and logistics teams to make it happen. Your mission? Turn a simple car delivery into a premium experience.
You’ll be reporting to the Operations and Logistics Lead Sweden, based in Stockholm.
This is what you will do:
- Own the vehicle delivery process for your customers, ensuring every handover is smooth and memorable.

Collaborate with our local sales and service teams to make sure every car is perfectly prepared, inspected, and detailed before it’s handed over.

Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey—scheduling, guiding, and responding to all their questions.

Lead vehicle handovers with engaging walkthroughs that highlight Zeekr’s technology and features.

Coordinate and manage the delivery logistics, ensuring punctuality and efficiency at every step.

Proactively look for ways to improve the delivery experience using best practices that enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce our brand image in Sweden.

Handle last-minute issues with professionalism, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Passion for creating great customer experiences and building strong relationships.
- Clear communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
- A sharp eye for detail
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- A valid driver’s license is required.
