Your Internship Mission:

Are you ready to dive into financial services and commercial operations in the innovative automotive industry? As a Financial Services & Operations Intern at Zeekr Europe, you’ll analyze data, streamline processes, and provide fresh perspectives to shape impactful market strategies. Collaborate with our commercial operations teams to drive financial insights, refine processes, and develop compelling presentations that make complex data easy to understand.

What you'll do:

1. Financial Services Tasks

Lease Rate Analysis:

• Compare lease rates across competitors, including captive financiers and large lease companies, for existing and new direct-to-customer (D2C) markets.
• Track rate changes weekly and monthly to uncover trends and inform strategies.
• Analyze financial specifics for market entries, including common products, interest rates, and country-specific requirements (e.g., mandatory down payments).

Campaign Strategy Support:

• Collaborate with the team to create and refine campaign offers for financial deals across markets.

Data Visualization & Presentation:

• Transform financial data into clear, impactful presentations, making insights accessible and actionable.

2. Fleet Operations Tasks

Data Cleanup:

• Improve data quality in our systems by organizing customer and vehicle information and removing duplications.

Regular Reporting:

• Use tools like Autovista RVM to generate residual value (RV) reports and deliver data-driven insights.

Contract Management Support:

• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) with contract-related tasks, including system organization and support in Salesforce (SF).
